yes if you have an Emergency like a broken bone or deep cut they will treat you. But its not free, infact its really expensive
if you have a serious illness theyll diagnosis it and then send you on your way. There not going to put you up in a hospital and treat it without coverage or money to pay for the proceedures.

That is not true, Jesus also said the poor will alway be with you. If someone cannot help themselves, because they are so sick etc then they should be helped. You have some folks that think Gov should take care of them from cradle to grave, Over in China they have the lowest cancer rate of anyone. They drink alot of green tea and take care of themselves.
