im as fat as a cow and i want to keep shoveling it in until i burst. is there any hope for me in losing 7lbs? i currently weigh 625lbs and think if i get to 618lb i will be at my target weight. without this loss, i will never be able to squeeze into my size 6 twopiece swimsuit. burp belch fart. seeya, i am off to kfc for my usual family size bucket O.
Btw i lost 5lb without noticing over the last month, all i did was cut down on various snackage and started drinking and eating slightly more healthily, its actually really easy lol
I think that you can eat whatever you want just as long as you always exercise. Also if you don’t want to spend time measuring everything just cut down a little bit on your portions. For example instead of two cookies for dessert have one. But most important keep active. Commit to the exercise.

the first few pounds melts right off, specially if you used to be a bad eater, and suddenly starts eating healthy, but from that point on, if you still need to lose weight, it becomes a little complicated

this is not true if you believe in a diet you can loose weight but if you dont believe and dont hold you at the program than this is true but you can always buy a book from this to test it
I find that the only way I do lose weight is not just not eat or eat very little! Otherwise, it’s painstakingly SLOW!

How are you calling me immature when you swore at least 6 times and called me an idiot? Also, what’s wrong with being fat? Sure it’s unhealthy, but i wasn’t judging anyone now was I? Also, 2 of the most common causes of obesity are laziness and overeating/bad foods. The only ways you can become fat is either your genes, bad parenting, or total disregard for what you are doing.
