There is absolutely NO CAUSAL CONNECTION between vitamin D and Acne.
Wheat and milk are both known causes of acne.
Raise your 25(OH)D above 50ng with sufficient D3 (probably around 5000iu/d for 3 months). Eliminate all milk, dairy wheat and other cereals from your diet

Milk without Vitamin D does not bother me and cereals without Vitamin D do not bother me. It is not the milk or the cereal.
I can get milk without Vitamin D and I can get cereal without Vitamin D and that is what I eat.
I just ate milk and cereal with Vitamin D only to prove to you that is what gives me acne.
I love milk without Vitamin D, processed or un processed, and it does not do me harm. I drink it up! The same goes with cereal without Vitamin D.
Those are the painful facts.
I can drink as much milk without Vitamin D as I want and I can eat as much cereal without Vitamin D without ANY harm. I do it all the time.
Right now, I have a painful earlobe to prove that I cannot eat or drink anything with Vitamin D added. How contaminates get in those products with Vitamin D added, I don’t know but I do know they are there.

Milk and wheat are both known causes of acne. If you repeatedly get acne eliminate them from your diet.
Get your 25(OH)D tested.

I am not the only person in the world with (previously) unexplained acne. I am NOT allergic to wheat or dairy. I consume a lot of both those things with NO ill effect. Other people have not been able to make that connection because of the difficulty of being able to find those products without Vitamin D. I too used to think that Vitamin D milk was good for my and that is the reason half of my face is missing. I have suffered a lot because of all the denial and my ear lobe is still very painful.

PROVE your point.
Find acne incidence rates US/Canada.
Compare rates with UK ~ EEC countries where milk/cereals is not fortified.
UK bread /milk linked to acne incidence but no D3 present.
That is the problem. There are no good studies. In South America there are several “qualities” of milk. Some have Vitamin D added and others don’t. I know that If I avoid milk and cereals that have Vitamin D added, I don’t have a problem. Even if the source of the problem is not the Vitamin D, the problem is still coming from somewhere somehow where and when Vitamin D is also added. I was taking calcium with Vitamin D added and I was having a problem!

Acne sufferer’s should avoid milk ~ wheat, neither essential for humans both can be risky.
25(OH)D status between 50 ~ 60ng below 80ng will offer improved protection from many chronic conditions. It is the NATURAL level outdoor naked human DNA strives to maintain.
If you cannot take D3 cholecalciferol then get regular non burning full body prone sun exposure naked at noon when shadow shorter than height or half the time needed to tan from high UVB sunbed.

Well, for one thing, DNA evolving is an assumption. You can say that DNA performs more the way it was designed to perform but you can’t give credit to objects for DNA being assembled. There has to be direction and design from the observable spoken directives that we see that work according to design.
DNA evolving is an assumption held by most scientists and supported by lots of evidence.
You have misinterpreted what I have said.
The process of evolution is not directed or designed IMO.
Our DNA functions best as when our bodies have available the full range of nutrients our genes evolved to recognize.and utilize.
I would say that our environment has influenced what we see as our needs.
I am still experimenting with cholecalciferol but you need to understand that Vitamin D3 was not even available 30 years ago or even several years ago. It was only recently approved by the FDA. Even so, I still get that occasional cyst on my behind or uncomfortable places like my nose and ears.
UVB converts cholestrol into pre vitamin D then cholecalciferol., FDA irrelevant.
Benefits of oily fish and cod liver oil were known long before Vitamin D was identified.
Those who are Vitamin D insufficient experience most health problems.
If you believe oral D3 supplements are problematic for you try transdermal application, use a D3 creme or dissolve cholecalciferol in massage oil,
Sun ~ uvb exposure are simple alternatives.
People with higher 25(OH)D status live longer.
The good news is that the Vitamin D3 (cholecalciferol) does not seem to have the problems that the previous versions of Vitamin D had. I will continue to experiment with higher doses when I get the courage because my face is still scarred and it did cause a lot of pain. Thanks for your orientation. There must be lingering contamination sources from the previous Vitamin D somewhere somehow.
I tried taking Vitamin D3 two days in a row and it was hurting my liver and kidneys. It still makes me break out with that darker red color but I have no problem with the cod liver oil.
I suspect your mind is playing tricks over your body
If you “KNOW” you are taking D3 your body reacts this way because there is something in your individual psyche that produces this effect.
It is simply illogical to say you can take Cod Liver Oil without problems but cannot take D3 in supplement form The INERT D3 in CLO is the same INERT substance as in the D3 supplements and also is biologically identical to the INERT substance Vitamin D3 your own skin makes.

I didn’t imagine a face full of acne and I didn’t imagine my kidneys killing me. I didn’t want to make it hurt. I wanted it to stop hurting. It is also not my imagination that taking Vitamin D3 is known to cause problems with the kidneys. I am not saying why that is, I am just saying what is. You tell me why the acne is now a darker red color and does not come to a head as easily. Am I imagining that too? Don”t you think that I would like to know the reason all these things happen?
If you want us to be taking vitamin D, we need to have all the information about it that there is so we can take it the best we can. I work nights now so I know that I need to be taking it. One of my co-workers that always worked the night shift died of cancer.

55ng is probably the best level for cancer incidence prevention but be aware some cancers are less affected by vitamin D.

The reaction is real.
But D3 is inert.
Your reaction is a real NOCEBO reaction, in the same way that PLACEBO effects are very real.
It’s a case of mind over matter. I don’t know really what you can do about it but as I don’t think it is an issue that affects others, I think your contributions here are more likely to harm than to help other readers.
I didn’t even know what the cause was so it could not be from thinking about taking Vitamin D because I didn’t even know that was causing the pain. That is the reason doctors are called Quacks. Other people can think for themselves sometimes better than their doctors do. Don’t be making things up. The reaction is not imagined and the pain in my kidneys is not imagined nor is it caused by me thinking about taking Vitamin D. These are real issues and real problems that do not originate in my mind.

BTW, if it is of any encouragement, the cod liver oil (vitamin D) also makes my kidneys hurt (it is either that or the calcium) so I am assuming that my Vitamin D levels are high enough for now.
