Yes we can..though shipping would be 4 dollars…would that be ok? Well if its ok with you then when you fill out the sample form, in the comment & Question part just say its you and we will charge you 4 instead of 2.50…we had lots of people that wanted samples and were far away..and we charged them $4. Hope its ok with you
