I personally recommend the Marcelle AC-Solution, which also controls blemishes. I find that is works faster, and drys out the blemish while getting rid of the annoying reddness around the pimple. It also has a better applicator, similar to a nail polish brush so you are not using you finger and spreading more bacteria around the blemish.
